Return/Exchange Policy

All sales are final.

We hope you love your Olive + Peony purchase – and wear it often! Due to the extremely limited nature of our releases, we do not offer returns or exchanges. A measurement guide unique to each garment accompanies each listing to ensure selection of the proper size. (It’s helpful to compare our measurements with a garment of yours that fits your child well.) Place your order carefully, as we cannot accommodate size changes, address changes, or cancellations after purchase. Please also be advised that fabric and trim colors may appear differently on screen and in person, and we cannot make purchase adjustments due to these color variations.

Please inspect your garment upon receipt. Items are handmade and therefore may include minor imperfections and character not found in large-scale manufacturing. All garments are carefully inspected before leaving our hands, but if for any reason you feel you received a defective or damaged item, please email us within three days of receipt at customerservice@oliveandpeony.com, and we will be happy to repair or offer an alternative replacement upon return of the defective or damaged item (due to the small scale of our operation, even exchanges for similar garments are often impossible). We do not except returns or exchanges on non-defective items. Absolutely no exchanges can be made on items that have been washed, worn, or had tags removed.
